Refund Policy

At SIAMO, most of our products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners. That means every item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, refunds and replacements aren’t automatic — but we do take every issue seriously and handle each situation personally and case by case.
 

How Refunds & Replacements Work

Refunds and replacements are reviewed individually, based on:

The specific issue

The product ordered

Where and how that product was fulfilled

The policies of the supplier producing your item

Some suppliers allow reprints only, others allow partial or full refunds. We don’t control that — but we advocate for you.

If there’s a legitimate issue, we will work directly with the supplier on your behalf and do everything in our power to get you most of, if not all, of your money back, whenever possible.

Incorrect (wrong item sent)

How to Submit a Request

Email us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue

A brief explanation

The faster you reach out, the more options we have with the supplier.

What We Typically Cannot Refund

Because items are made to order, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

Style or color preferences

Incorrect address entered at checkout

Minor color or print variations caused by screen differences or the printing process

We strongly recommend checking size charts carefully before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned or lost, reshipping costs may apply.

If a package appears lost in transit, contact us immediately and we’ll investigate with the carrier and supplier.

Cancellations

Orders are sent into production quickly. Once production begins, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
